SHIPPING TIME
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on items ordered: for USA and Canada, it usually takes around 3-5 business days; for Europe, Australia and Asia, the delivery time usually around 5-10 business days; And for Central and South America, the delivery time will up to 7-20 business days. Additionally delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items in your order. It's important to note that your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders that are shipped international may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURNS POLICY
It is our mission to ensure that your ifashion.pet shopping experience is simple and enjoyable. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@ifashionpet.com so we can arrange to have the product replaced or have a claim filed with the delivery carrier if necessary. Please note that claims must be made within 72 hours upon receipt of the order. You may cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been dispatched by us. The product(s) being returned must arrive unopened and in sellable condition. We strongly urge shipping any returns in durable protective packing with tracking so you can confirm when we have received it.

Alternatively you can contact our Customer Services team at info@ifashionpet.com. Order Cancellations - Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: • Item(s) not available. • Difficulty in processing payment information. • Cannot ship to address provided. • Duplicate order was placed. • Cancelled due to a customer request. If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact us with your order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. Please note as we generally process orders very quickly and dispatch orders within 2-3 days therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
Keep a note of your order reference number which appears once your transaction is complete. Once your order is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email with the details – you should receive this within 24 hours of placing your order. We recommend that you save your confirmation email for your own reference and records. Please make sure that delivery address is the correct one before processing to payment. Prices and promotions displayed on ifashion.pet apply to items ordered through the website only and may not necessarily be available placing an order by email or post. All promotions are available for the stated time period only and are subject to availability.

Updating account can be done by logged in ACCOUNT and edit via ACCOUNT DASHBOARD.
